Jamestown Community College Box Office:
The JCC Box Office provides a variety of services for the campus and surrounding communities. 

Patrons may order event tickets by phone using a Credit Card.  If the patron request tickets to be mailed out there will be a $2.00 mailing fee. Phone orders received within seven days prior to the show cannot be mailed out to the patron. We do not accept unpaid reservations.

Hours of Operation

The JCC Box Office (located in the Campus Store in the Collegiate Center) hours during the

Fall and Spring Semester are:

Monday-Thursday  8:30am to 6:30pm
Fridays                     8:30pm to 4:00pm

The JCC Box Office hours during the Summer are:       

Monday-Thursday 8:30am to 6:30pm
Fridays                    8:30pm to 1:30pm

During an Event

Will Call·Windows for the Box Office open one hour prior to the scheduled performance time in the Scharmann Theatre lobby.

Ticket Exchange Policy

All ticket purchases are final.  There are no refunds, returns or exchanges allowed.
