The JCC Box Office provides a variety of services for the campus and surrounding communities.  Patrons may order event tickets by phone using a credit card.  If a patron request tickets to be mailed there will be a $2.00 mailing fee.  Phone orders received within seven days prior to the show cannot be mailed out to the patron.  We do not accept unpaid reservations.

Location - The JCC Box Office is located in the Campus Store in the Collegiate Center.  Call 716-338-1187 for directions.

Online Ticketing Times - ONLINE TICKETING WILL CLOSE FOUR (4) HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE TIME; after that, tickets may be purchased at the door only.

During an Event - Will Call-Windows for the Box Office open one hour prior to the scheduled performance time in the Scharmann Theater lobby.

Ticket Exchange Policy - All ticket purchases are final.  There are no refunds, returns or exchanges allowed.
